1. Agreement
These terms govern use of this website and the general relationship between you and Geekie (Pty) Ltd. A signed proposal, service agreement or order governs a specific engagement and prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Website information

3. Services
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and support arrangement are stated in the relevant agreement.
- Recurring services continue for the agreed period or month-to-month where specified.
- You must provide accurate information, authorised access and reasonable cooperation required for delivery.
- Where personal information is processed on your behalf, the applicable Operator terms form part of the engagement.

Fees are payable according to the proposal or invoice. Geekie may suspend affected services after reasonable notice where payment is overdue. Third-party licence, hosting, messaging or transaction charges may be separately stated.
5. Changes and additional work

7. Acceptable use
You may not use Geekie services to break the law, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malicious content or circumvent agreed security controls.
